Returns: We understand that you may occasionally need to return a customized product. Our return policy is as follows:

  • Customized products are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

  • Once you receive product 360 view opening video is mandatory in which damage should be visible.
  • After checking the video if we found that you really received damaged product then we will send another product to you as soon as possible.

  • Incorrect Customization: If the product received does not match the customization details provided during the order, we will offer a full refund or replacement.

Late or missing refunds

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Non-Refundable Situations: Customized products are crafted based on your specific requirements. As a result, refunds will not be issued in the following situations:

  • Incorrect Information: Refunds will not be provided if the customization details provided by the customer are incorrect.

 

Shipping Costs: If a return is necessary due to our error or a defective product, we will cover the return shipping costs. In other cases, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellation requests for customized orders can only be accepted within 6 hours of placing the order. After this timeframe, cancellations cannot be accommodated.
